annotation
The article presents the results of the analysis of environmental factors affecting one of the poultry enterprises in the North-West of Russia - the Zelenetskaya poultry farm. Based on the comparison of political, economic, socio-cultural and technological factors, an overall assessment of the most significant factors is given, which must be taken into account for further assessment of enterprise risks and the development of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
