Demographic risks of the formation of labor potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Rostov region

The article discusses the issue of demographic processes that currently determine the formation of the labor potential of the agro-industrial complex in the Rostov region. The problem of the formation of a shortage of labor resources as a result of the main demographic trends of recent decades is received. Proven methods of collecting and analyzing information on the sources and factors of demographic risks in the processes of personnel formation in agriculture are presented.
