Some aspects of the development of legislative (representative) bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The article reveals the process of formation and development of democratic institutions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the degree of quality of which affects the development of agricultural policy and legal regulation of the agro-industrial complex. The constitutionally conditioned decentralization of the legal regulation of democratic institutions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation allows regional authorities to show a certain independence in addressing issues of the development of democratic institutions, their legislative (representative) bodies, and the formation of collegial bodies within their framework to solve rural problems. They bring special features to the legal regulation of these institutions, due to the specifics of the conditions for the development of the corresponding subjects of the Russian Federation, which requires scientific generalization.
