Wheat prices of Russian exporters. In terms of export operations, the average actual prices for wheat and meslin in March 2021 continued to grow.
The average actual price for 1 ton of wheat and meslin increased by 2.3% in April, reaching USD 265.5 against USD 259.5 in March. In the April 2021/2020 pair, exporters achieved a 24% increase in grain prices.
Grain is still more expensive for recipients of Russian wheat abroad from distant countries than for the CIS member states. The first had to be purchased at $ 273.9 per ton, the price increased by $ 6.4. Post-Soviet countries were able to afford the April purchase for $ 200.7 per ton against 186.5 in March.
As a result, exporters raised prices for the CIS countries by $ 15. The April delta between export destinations decreased by $ 7 to $ 73. @agrorisk
