Meat production in Russia. The production of cattle, pork, lamb, goat meat, horse meat, venison (cooled and chilled) from the beginning of the year to May 2021 amounted to 1.2 million tons.
By the same period in 2020, production increased by 1.5%.
Paired May 2021/2020 meat production increased by 2.3%. In the May / April 2021 pair, the production index increased by 4%.
For poultry meat and edible offal. From the beginning of the year to May 2021, 1.9 million tons were produced. The index compared to the same period in 2020 amounted to 96.5%.
Paired May 2021/2020 the poultry meat production index was 100.9%. In the May / April 2021 pair, the index was 101.9.4%. @agrorisk
