SAUSAGES GROW WITH MEAT PRODUCTION

Sausage production in Russia. From the beginning of the year to May 2021, sausages, including products for baby food, were produced in the amount of 952 thousand rubles. tn.

By the same period in 2020, production increased by 3.4%. Paired May 2021/2020 sausages were produced by 2.5% more. In the May / April 2021 pair, the production index increased by 3.6%.

In total, this May, meat-processing plants produced 203 thousand tons of sausages. Since April this year production increased by 3.6%, and by May 2020 by 2.5%. @agrorisk
