MORE AND MORE. SAUSAGE ON THE RISE

Sausage production in Russia. From the beginning of the year to June 2021, sausages, including products for baby food, were produced in the amount of 1,166 thousand tons.

By the same period in 2020, production increased by 3.2%.

In June, meat-processing plants produced 214 thousand tons of sausages. Since May of this year. production increased by 4.9% or 11 thousand tons. Paired June 2021/2020 by 2.2%.

At the same time, meat production in June continued to decline relative to May 2021. @agrorisk
