Cattle meat and other livestock produced 245 thousand tons in March, poultry meat and offal - 398 thousand tons, sausages - 196 thousand tons.
Fruit and vegetable juices were poured in April at 86.1 million conv. cans versus 126 million in March 2021. 52 million cans of canned fish were produced in April, which is 5 million cans more than in March 2021.
As in March, producers of canned meat (-37%), cereals (-27%), pasta (-23%), vegetable oil (-18%), flour ( -17%), margarine (-8%),
On the crest of the wave are the same food producers: processed potatoes (+ 39%) and semi-finished meat products (+ 16%). Feed for unproductive animals gained 14%. The dynamics of the production of other food products fluctuated around +/- 5%.
