Financial results of tobacco industry in Russia. In January-April 2021, the net financial result (profit minus loss) of the tobacco industry (excluding SMEs) in current prices amounted to 21 billion rubles. Compared to the same period in 2020, profit increased by 13.3%.
In general, in January-April, tobacco companies made a profit of 21.1 billion rubles. The companies' losses amounted to less than RUB 100 million. or 0.5% of the shaft of total profits in the industry. The share of unprofitable tobacco enterprises was 29.4%.
Over the period, in the general section of net profit in the country among organizations (amounted to 7277.4 billion rubles), organizations of the tobacco industry took a share of 0.3%. Profit growth rate: 113.3% versus 330% in the market as a whole. @agrorisk
