Producer price index for crop production in Russia. In the May / April 2021 pair, the price index for plant breeders was 99.6% versus 100.4% for livestock and 100.1% for agriculture as a whole.
In total, in January-May 2021, plant breeders raised prices by 6.9%. If you look at the past year, the pace has increased by 1.8%.
In dynamics, by May 2020, the prices of plant growers for certain types and groups of agricultural products increased by 32.6%. All crop production in pairs January-April 2021/2020 has risen in price by 41%.
Since the beginning of the year, the leaders of the rise have not changed: producers of sunflower seeds have increased their selling prices - by 19.6%, potatoes - by 19.5%, vegetables - by 11.2%. The sunflower seed is growing steadily and since May 2020 it has grown in the selling price of farmers by 84%. @agrorisk
