TEA PRODUCTION MAINTAINS GROWTH RATE

Tea production in Russia. 11.6 thousand tons of tea were produced in May. Green tea (unfermented), black tea (fermented) and partially fermented tea are taken into account, in packages weighing no more than 3 kg.

Paired June 2021/2020 total tea production increased by 10.9%. In the June / May 2021 pair, the production index revived and amounted to 106.5%.

From the beginning of the year to June 2021, tea production increased by 4.3% compared to the same period last year. @agrorisk
