FLOUR GRINDERS RESTORE PAST YEAR'S VOLUMES

Flour production in Russia. In the first half of 2021, flour mills produced 3.85 million tons of wheat and wheat-rye flour, of which 650 thousand tons were produced in June against 623 thousand tons in May.

Paired June 2021/2020 total output of flour increased by 7.1%. It should be noted that the export of flour a month earlier, in May, rose sharply by 33.9%, amounting to 20.9 thousand tons.

In the June / May 2021 pair, the production index increased to 104%.

For the first half of 2021, flour production decreased by 7.6% compared to the same period last year. @agrorisk
