PASTA - IN TREND. REDUCED PRODUCTION WHILE PRICES RISE

Production of pasta in Russia. In May 2021, pasta factories produced 114 thousand tons of pasta and other flour products.

Paired May 2021/2020 total pasta production fell 10.2%. At the same time, prices for pasta for the compared period increased by 8.7%.

In the May / April 2021 pair, the pasta production index decreased by 4%, prices - by 0.3%.

From the beginning of the year to May 2021, pasta production decreased by 11.3% compared to the same period last year. Prices have increased by 4.1% since December 2020. @agrorisk
