IMPORTED MEAT INCREASED IN PRICE IN A YEAR

Prices for the import of meat in Russia. In the April / March 2021 pair for imports, the average actual prices of red meat increased by 13.1%, while for white meat (poultry) they decreased by 3.5%.

In conjunction April 2021/2020 foreign red meat rose in price by 5.1%, poultry meat - by 0.6%.

The average actual price for 1 ton of red meat in April 2021 amounted to USD 3734 against USD 3301 in March. Due to distant cordons, beef and pork were supplied for $ 3834 / ton, from the CIS countries - for $ 3621 / ton. Delta by destination - $ 213 in favor of the CIS.

For poultry meat, the average actual price per ton in April 2021 amounted to $ 1,546 against $ 1602 in March. Due to distant cordons, poultry meat came for $ 1,489 / t, and from the CIS countries - for $ 1,599 / t. Delta by destination - $ 110 in favor of non-CIS countries. @agrorisk
