Jam production in Russia. In May 2021, food factories produced 43.7 million standard cans of jams, fruit jellies, nut and fruit purees and pastes.
Paired May 2021/2020 the total output of jam and jelly products increased by 24.9%. In the May / April 2021 pair, the production index decreased by 12%.
