The Israeli startup Agwa offers to grow greenery in an apartment using artificial intelligence. The company has developed a special refrigerator, similar to a wine cabinet, and biodegradable capsules with seeds. The device can simultaneously grow up to 60 plants, including 8 varieties of lettuce, cabbage, chard, arugula, bok choy, as well as a variety of herbs and microgreens. The cabinet is equipped with 3 cameras and a variety of sensors that collect data twice a day and send it to a cloud AI service for remote monitoring of the microclimate. Agrotechnology consists in simply placing a capsule with seeds in empty cells and adding water to the machine. The crop is harvested within 3-4 weeks in accordance with the instructions from the smartphone. Sales of "cabinets" started in Israel. In 2023, the product should enter the US and European markets – Israeli Innovation News
